Indri Ongko

As Chief Financial Officer, Indri oversees finance, accounting, fund operations, financial reporting, and the operational infrastructure supporting E12’s investment activities. Indri also serves as Chief Financial Officer at Mitsui Global Investment.

Prior to joining E12 and Mitsui Global Investment, Indri served as Head of Finance at a venture capital firm, where she led the finance and back-office functions across multiple venture funds and investment vehicles. Earlier in her career, she spent more than 15 years at a leading venture debt firm, holding senior finance and controllership roles across accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and loan valuation.

Indri began her career in public accounting with two global accounting firms. Her career has taken her across public accounting, venture debt, traditional venture capital, and corporate venture capital, giving her a unique perspective on the financial and operational side of the innovation ecosystem.

Indri holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CPA in California and Texas.
