Paulina Szyzdek

Within E12 Ventures, Paulina supports our investments across deep tech, frontier technologies, and industrial markets. She has been actively involved in venture capital and angel investing through her work with Bosch Ventures, How Women Invest, Blissity Ventures, GroundUp Ventures, and Zane VC.

Prior to her VC career, Paulina built her financial markets foundations in banking and consulting with roles at State Street Bank, Euroclear Bank, Deutsche Bank, and Chatham Financial, working across Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, and the United States.

She holds Master’s Degrees in Finance, Disruptive Innovation, and an MBA. Paulina also serves as an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review and as a Mentor for the National Venture Capital Association.

In her free time, Paulina enjoys exploring new frontiers in science and technology, traveling, hiking, and getting lost in books about the future of humanity. Deeply passionate about longevity, and  robotics, she shares her insights and research through her newsletter, HardTech Reads: The AI & Robotics Revolution.
