Toshihiro Terada

Toshihiro Terada joined Mitsui Global Investment and E12 Ventures as a Principal in June 2024, focusing on early-stage investments in climate and manufacturing technologies.

In addition to leading investment activities, he works closely with corporate LPs to support their strategic collaboration and co-creation with startups.

He began his career at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., where he spent over a decade driving a wide range of initiatives, including international trading, joint venture investments, and business development across consumer products, petrochemical and biochemical materials.

His diverse experience at Mitsui equipped him with a deep understanding of both global markets and industrial value chains.

He is also fluent in Vietnamese, having lived and worked in Ho Chi Minh City for two years.

Mr. Terada holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Commerce from Keio University.
